As Chief Financial Officer, Megan leads Creation’s financial operations and performance with a focus on financial planning and analysis, controllership, customer data and revenue management, tax and treasury. Megan joined Creation in 2021 as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and served most recently as Creation’s Senior Vice President of Finance where she led transformative projects and delivered strategic financial leadership to the Company.

Megan brings more than 25 years of financial, operational and supply chain expertise from the medical device industry.  Prior to joining Creation, Megan was Vice President of Finance, Global Products and Supply Chain for Cardinal Health’s Medical Segment.  Previously, Megan was Senior Director, FP&A, Global Operations for Medtronic’s Minimally Invasive Therapies Group. Her earlier financial experience includes several roles of increasing responsibility with Covidien and Tyco Healthcare.

Megan received her BA degree in Social Studies, with a concentration in Legal Studies, from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. She also completed Bentley University’s Women’s Executive Leadership Program and Babson College’s Aspire Experienced Leadership Program.
