Sandra Hayes
VICE PRESIDENT - Medical Sector
As the Vice President, Medical Sector, Sandra is responsible for leading Creation’s Business Development and Strategic Account Management for the Medical Products market segment.
She has over 25 years of experience contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, from both the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) perspectives. Sandra’s ability to build high-performing teams, that deliver on a shared vision, has been instrumental in driving results for Creation and our customers. She is passionate about building lasting relationships to enhance collaboration and cohesiveness and developing solutions that deliver value through business transformation.
Sandra received her B.A. in Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
