As Vice President and General Manager of Creation’s Mexico Business Unit, Julio oversees and passionately leads a strong team committed to high performance that supports our Hermosillo Sonora Mexico Facility .

With over 25 years of experience in the Electronics Contract Manufacturing industry, Julio has worked with U.S.-based companies and also possesses in-depth knowledge of Mexico’s maquila regulations. As a member of the Maquila Association in Sonora, he offers extensive expertise in operations and compliance, supporting foreign companies in navigating these landscapes effectively.

Julio’s career has spanned various company startups, beginning as an SMT Maintenance Technician specializing in Programming and Calibration. He progressively advanced to roles such as Quality Manager, Engineering and Maintenance Manager, Program Manager, and Plant Manager. These positions allowed him to develop a unique blend of technical proficiency, leadership acumen, and business management skills, positioning him as an ideal leader for both foreign and domestic manufacturing operations.

His robust expertise in operational startups, large-scale product transfers, manufacturing launches, and process improvements in cost-efficient regions provides customers with innovative solutions that drive growth and sustainable success.

Julio holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad de Sonora (UNISON), Hermosillo.
