Avis joined Creation with over 20 years of Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality and leadership experience. Prior to joining Creation, he held executive positions at Charger Investment Partners, Luminator Tech, EIMO, and Flex.

He is highly experienced in utilizing Lean Manufacturing techniques and hands-on implementations of SIOP, New Product Introduction, Product Lifecycle Management, QMS, Supplier Development Programs, MOS, ERP systems, and Shop Floor Tools. Avis feels strongly that Operational Excellence is a culture, to be lived every day by everyone.
